1. We mentioned this as we checked out in the morning only for the front desk stuff to be unempathetic and shrug it off as no big deal.

2. OH yeah the review I read that was the latest one on this site said that they have had this problem before , and I guess they didn't care enough to fix it although they had their manager comment on the review and make a big deal out of it.
