2. For so much money that they are charging, it is a terrible terrible shame that they show absolutely no pleasure in making their rooms inviting or even cozy, even clean will do.

3. Bathroom was terrible looking, with rusty accessories, the room smelled, the bedding looked like it hasn't been washed, all the furniture looked cheap and tacky (you can get great old furniture for next to nothing in California, so it's no excuse.
