4. 3) even if you stay in a non-smoking room you will be gassed out by your smoking neighbor who either smokes inside his non-smoking room or chain smokes outside your door and air conditioning unit-making the fan/heat/ac unit unable to be used-which makes for a very stale, stuffy, uncomfortable room.
