1. It was ok but expensive for the quality, however this seems to be the price you pay in Santa Barbara.

2. Except for one good but expensive beach restaurant (28$ for 2 breakfasts), where you can sit on the terrace and watch the joggers and cyclists in their Lycra and iPods, and the little doggies in their designer tartan, unless it's the other way round.
