1. The only things I would comment on were a) the noise from other residents - I dont know if this is normal but there were a lot of teenagers in loud cars in the car park (which was in the centre of the rooms - courtyard style), it was difficult to sleep at times.

2. The motel was packed to capacity and it was difficult to find a parking space AND fit into a slot with a large vehicle.
