1. I saw no evidence of a homeless problem, and the park across the street from the hotel was populated with nothing more dangerous than some people playing sports or sunbathing.

3. OK there is a car park opposite which has RV's in it, and it is close to the 101 freeway but neither of these things are a problem.

4. The only problem we had was the hotel decided to replace the carpets of the upstairs room @ around 5 to 7pm when we were in the room.
