1. once inside the room it was perfectly fine, but the exterior is shabby, the check-in down the road at the Hyatt is inconvenient and it's tricky to find.

2. On checking in, to my dismay, was to be made at the Hotel Mar Monte about a block away in which after a long tiring drive you find it an inconvenience.
