1. While it isn't immediately obvious from the photos on the property's website, this is a motel (ie two or three stories surrounding a parking lot) rather than a hotel, if some travellers have an issue with that.

3. there is a serious issue with noise as the doors aren`t aligned correctly so everyone has to slam them shut and the cars are parked directly under the rooms with the middle of the lot open to the sky so you`ll be sure to hear whenever a new visitor arrives.
