The hotel does sit right next to the freeway which, if your room faces that way, can be a bit
noisy
.

Only negative thing I could say is there is not much in terms of shopping or dining in the immediate vicinity and it is located next to a highway entrance so may get
noisy
if the windows are open.

I have never changed rooms on vacation, but this room was so
noisy
I couldn't even watch tv.

The only complaint that comes to mind is that it had a very
noisy
air conditioner, reminicient of traveling in the belly of a C-130.

Cons: Thin walls (we were in a downstairs room and could hear every step and toilet flush),
noisy
AC, small bathroom (door barely cleared toilet), noise from pool, couch bed extremely uncomfortable to the point of being almost useless.

We had a pool view room, so during the day it's a bit
noisy
with the kids playing, but nice and quiet at night since just on the other side of the hall the rooms face the highway; which is not exceedingly busy with traffic noise, but busy nonetheless.

There were a lot of families but the place wasn't
noisy
and chaotic like some 'family' hotels can be.

My only complaint is that they put the majority of guests in the building closest to the freeway, which was extremely
noisy
.

The heating and cooling is individual for each suite, and really works well (unlike the pacifier type systems in some upper level hotels that are nothing more that a decoration or are so
noisy
you can't relax or sleep).
