1. They cut her massage time by a half hour and she expressed her disappointment telling the ladies in the spa that she normally wouldn't complain but that it was our second such incident.

3. Yes- these are all services i expect when i am staying at a nice hotel, especially a four seasons and if i didn't get these things i would complain, however, i still appreciate when it is there as it should be.

Please don't think I'm such a 'madam' I can't turn a plate for myself, and I'm not complaining about spilt gravy BUT if the restaurant is meant to be a reflection of the high standards the Four Seasons represents, then I would normally expect the waiter to spin the plate so the dirty side isn't close to me, or even better, give it a wipe before presenting it to me.

8. At checkout we were shocked when this very very young lady didn't even ask that all important question ' and how was your stay' we really didn't have anything to complain about it's something you always get asked.
