3. Upon checkout, after having washed my suit twice and the smell was still there (and of course the color was ruined), I asked if it were possible to refund my money for the suit since I had just purchased it ( I presented the receipt and everything).

4. After a few minutes, I started smelling a very strong ammonia like smell and so did the other guests, soon after that, it seemed like the water continued to get hotter to where it was no longer comfortable and my skin started to itch.

8. We tend to stay at Marriott hotels because they're clean and typically smell fresh (meaning smoke-free as a couple of us are allergic to cigarette smoke).
