1. The rooms and service were adequate: the A/C didn't work @check in, the bathroom light burned out on my 2nd night, noticed black mold the ceiling hallways on the 4th floor and my vehicle was broken into in the parking lot.

2. Such as the nice looking chair had one arm rest cover missing and the arm rest had the zipper broken was half zipped down.

For the money however, I am disappointed due to: broken sink upon arrival to room, 'complimentary coffee'= 1 single cup (I booked the room for four), the room was almost $200 and they charge you $14 per day to park in the parking lot (are you kidding me???), check-out time is 12:00, but your access keys will stop working at 9:00 AM (I had two cards, both stopped working at 9:00 and we got locked out of the hotel from the pool), finally- the bill that was given me says $249.
