2. b)hotwire offers this property to its customers with a 75% customer satisfaction rate (a rate that I really can not believe looking at this motel and remembering what I just saw)How can somebody write about good service at this place ??? if you would like to go there then Pool hours are still terrible, another thing - I got checked in at 9pm by the general manager .

4. I was very pleasantly surprised by the front desk staff (two different middle aged men on different days, sorry I'm terrible with names) who went out of their way to be pleasant and arrange transport, recommend places of interest and who were both genuinely welcoming.
