3. The outdoor lamps were broken and crooked, the pool was really tiny and shallow (not to mention dirty), the building itself was cracked and dirty, and the inside lobby area looked very dark and drab.

7. Dirty old carpet, pretty new comforters, granite counter tops, unfinished dirty tile in the bathrooms, nice armoire, creepy, broken-down-70`s kitchen cabinets, smoky smell in a non-smoking room.
