1. Small issues with television not working properly and poor electrical sockets that don't hold the plugs in, but otherwise okay.

2. In general the quality and maintenance is poor - remotes that don't work, sliding door handle dropped off, one room had a one-cup coffee pot with one-cup pods, the other room had a large coffee pot but still only one one-cup pod, so we had to call for more coffee.

3. The beds were terrible - uncomfortable, poor quality, hard square pillows and no blanket, just a sheet and very thin cotton cover.

7. However, being familiar with the fact that many decent hotels receive poor reviews due to over dramatic and unsatisfiable customers, we weighed the pros and cons and decided because it was recognized as a 3 star hotel, and the good reviews outweighed the bad, it would be more then acceptable.
