1. Any reasonably seasoned traveler knows that when you stay at a hotel, the hotel puts a hold on some of your funds when you check-in (in case of damage, overstays, etc).

2. The pool is nice and clean but the patio furniture is sparse and what there is of it is damaged and ripped.

3. Our last visit in June (Kids Suite) was problematic: very dirty carpet, house-keeping issues (room not cleaned by 16:00 when we returned from the Zoo), poor lighting and poor condition of the room (damaged fixtures).
