7. My room had the following issues: stained carpet and ceiling, extremely small bathroom and shower with peeling wallpaper and very dirty shelves, broken security latch on the inside of our door, and a TV that made a constant screeching noise when turned on.

9. This room was a little away from the freeway and closer to the pool, a little larger, but the beds were still right next to the window, no parking in front, so that helped, but the noise was very apparent.

10. The 805 freeway borders this property, as convenient as that makes it for access, there is no escaping the noise, and there is freeway noise, but it was the idea of the young man upstairs with the beer, who encouraged me to ask for another room.
