2. The pool (heated?) was large and spotless as was the jacuzzi (perfect temperature) It is an older hotel so don't expect the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton and it is also a large place so there may be some areas of the hotel that have not gotten renovated and may explain the awful reviews.
