2. Only negative is that our room seemed to be over the kitchen air extractor, and being 24hrs it was noisy most of the time.

3. The other negative is that you can't save money on food by buying from a grocery and keeping it in a refrigerator because our room doesn't have one and I'm not sure if other rooms have one either.
