1. When I complained that we should have been informed of this planed event I was told I should have known about it.

I did complain to management midway during my stay, but given I was attending a conference day and night for the full duration of my stay, I could not take them up on their offer to change rooms, but notice they were not inclined to reduce my bill (even though they agreed the noise was a hindrance.

9. The room was small but more than adequate for 1-2 people, excellent service, beautiful rooftop patio, computers for internet access, and I did not find noisy conditions (as prior visitors have complained).
