1. Location is less than central, requiring a good 20 minute walk to the Gaslamp district and even trying to figure out how to get to the hotel is difficult, if one does not have a GPS to guide through each turn (one wrong turn and you're on the wrong side of the highway).

2. The hotel is also very close to some great resturants as well as San Diego Zoo, so for the price you cant really go wrong.

3. Bypass the expensive and mediocre hotel breakfast buffet and head there for espresso and pastries, also whatever you do get some gelato at the first shop from the hotel, you can't go wrong.

4. Entrance to the parking lot is extremely narrow and one wrong turn and your car would hit the wall.
