1. The evening staff was friendly and helpful but the morning staff was less helpful and the dining room staff were not only rude but they were understaffed.

4. When i called the actual hotel to confirm that it was only a King bed and not two queens, the lady at the hotel was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could get her name, however when I arrived at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel staff was.
