1. Depending on which route you walk, you do walk by the sad reality of San Diego's homeless problem, however there are no issues with people hassling you (in my experience).

3. San diego with all of its parking issues can be a pain in the neck to begin with .

4. It is located right off of I-5, so if you`re a light sleeper, traffic noise may be an issue.
