1. Room was fine, very comfortable, maid service every day, only complaints are sometimes floors weren't always clean and even though we found wifi to only be $2.

4. Main complaints are that the bath towels are quite skimpy, pillows fairly flat (ask front desk for an extra pillow) and there was no shampoo.
