1. The Front office supervisor Teresa (the ONLY helpfull person) called later and send houskeeping to re-vacuum the carpet, unfortunately pieces of food were left behind (again) and I had to pick them up myself.

3. unfortunately as we were there to take care of some personal business and to see family we did not have much time to spend there except to sleep - but beds were very comfortable.
