1. As mistakes happen all the time in the HTM industry, its not the mistake but the response that counts, and the first response in this hotel drove my rating.

2. I do applaud the smoking ban policy by Marriott, but I request their employees at this particular hotel are better trained on this policy, so mistakes like this don't happen to other travelers.
