1. They handled a terrible situation the best anyone could have and they need to be commended for it.

2. **** The bad: the parking is terrible, its too expensive, they have old style box tv's, they gave us a room next to the parking lot and it was very loud, the refrigerator in my room did not get cold, the shower was either too hot or too cold, the heater stinks.
