They sent an engineer (after two calls) who came in with all his tools, took down the vent cover and spent the next 10-15 minutes fixing whatever was

The clock in the room had the
wrong
time and even though we were there for 4 nights and told them we were 4 in the rooms, we had to repeatable ask them for extra towels because the cleaning staff would only leave 3 towels all the time.
