1. However, I must say, from the moment we pulled up to the Mission Valley Hilton, we were greeted warmly and once we were inside the hotel it was everythihg but chaotic and impersonal.

2. When booking my room in 'Hotel Circle' I kept my expectations moderate as I have stayed in teh area before and it tends to be chaotic and a tourist factory.
