1. Hotel itself is looking a bit faded, but they are upgrading some of the rooms (can be noisy), the beds are good and the complimentary breakfast is fresh and plentiful.

3. We were pleased that the it wasn't as noisy from people on the boardwalk as we had expected although I imagine Aug would be noisier.

4. One thing that may annoy some guests is the fact that the hotel is located directly opposite a noisy nightclub type place called The Firehouse which blasted loud music all night (possibly only during the weekend).

5. Great amenities, including a fridge (which could be quite noisy at night - a bit of a downside when it was placed close to the bed) and tea/coffee making facilities which, funnily, were placed in the bathroom.
