2. It would have been nice if the font desk offered to change our room after our first noise complaint at 5pm, rather than shrug the complaint off and tell us to wait it out.

3. My only complaint was that we happened to be here on a night where there was a football game between San Diego and some where ?? and the college kids were a little loud when they came back to the hotel after watching the game at nearby bars.

9. My only complaints were that the hallway had a very stale odor that probably a carpet shampooing would cure and the only internet access in the hotel was in the lobby/breakfast area if you had a wireless laptop.

10. We called the manager, Al, the next morning and he was a rude, unreasonable, angry man who wouldn`t even listen to our complaint but yelled, called us liers and charged our credit card for the amount of our room.
