1. Parking is way overpriced.

One of our only complaints was that the desk staff was clueless about breakfast in the area - they said there was nothing available until lunch (except the overpriced restaurant in the hotel), when in actuality you can walk to Sips for coffee, Zuni Grill on the riverwalk, or take a short drive to Madhatters for the best breakfast in the city.

10. The restaurant is overpriced, the room was in need of many repairs paint falling off, tiles need replaced, leaky faucets, thin walls could hear neighbors on both sides.
