7. We had an initial issue with the heater/ac in our room and AT&T (which provides wifi service) had an hastily scheduled outage, which left a lot of people calling into the front desk, but all issues were handled promptly and completely.

Ok - I get it - they need assurance of payment and identification, but then, hours later, on 2 separate floors, 2 separate occasions, strangers used newly issued keys to enter MY family's rooms by mistake (the 2nd occasion at about 2am - in the room of two military officers: one about to be deployed to Afghanistan and the other just home from Iraq).
