1. Pros: friendly staff (always smiling & greeting), clean rooms, timely responses to requests & room service, beautiful outdoor patio & pool area, great location, comfy bedCons: small, cheaply furnished rooms, our room was missing a hotel information binder, the suites were unimpressive in terms of size, fixtures & furniture, noise carries throughout hallways, a locked room was burglarized in our party, several burglarized cars in parking lot.

3. The hotel was undergoing an interior renovation as you could tell in the hallways, but during the Final Four weekend they stopped so we did not have any construction noise.
