The hotel is very convenient to SeaWorld and provides shuttle service to and from the park, room service is excellent, and the staff is very polite and helpful, the only complaint, when arriving in our room we noticed the comforter was dirty, and full of hair, we asked for it to be replaced placing it on a luggage cart outside of our room, the maid then returned with another comforter, stating she had just pulled the comforter from a plastic bag, but the replacement was full of hair also (I believe it was the same comforter as before).
