1. Finally, I had a balcony and the window was in the door and so light was an immediate issue from sun up.

3. According to one staff member, they are getting ready to install new carpeting, and they just put in new doors from the balcony rooms to the balcony, so it appears they are addressing routine maintenance issues related to aging.

5. Especially great was the gentleman working when we arrived at midnight after a long trip and exasperating rental car issue, and in a blinding rain storm.
