2. My only 2 complaints were the $10/night parking fee (just include it in the room rate, and I would feel less raped, and I would request a room on the back side of the hotel, as the traffic noise was a bit intrusive.

4. About the only complaint I had was that we went in last June when it was raining a lot, and there were crickets everywhere outside, and we`d come home to a few in our room.

6. Needless to say the O`Brien did not honor this guarantee, and have ignored subsequent customer service inquiries; Clarion simply passes the complaint on to the local management, who then ignore it.
