5. Bought these issues to the front desk staff's attention, and they bent over backwards to try to make things right (I must add, they were extremely nice even before this).

6. The price was right on this stay, the location was great, the front desk (and really, the entire hotel staff except for housekeeping) were excellent, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, but the cleanliness issue will, sadly, make me strongly reconsider staying here again.

9. Also, since the self-parking lot was full, our remaining choice was the valet option -- which was fine, but I think the extra cost for some families might be an issue.
