3. The only negative thing we noticed was dirty elevators (floor) & we saw the same trash in the floor the second day we were there.

4. Room was adequate (felt a little small compared to other hotels we`ve recently stayed in), a little dirty (bathroom not quite as clean as it could be, carpet a little dirty looking, pool equipment shows some wear).
