1. I felt slightly hesitant approaching the front again, not wanting to be a complainer (lets be honest these are first world problems) but really couldn't have another night like the one before.

9. We were most impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, and the promptness to take care of any problems with the room (even rewarding us with chocolate kisses).
