1. unfortunately, a toddler and his father decided that they should play with a ball up and down the hallway for several hours in the afternoon, and the doors are rather thin to the hall, but I understand it is a family friendly environment, and I tried to just be amused.

2. The new room was perfectly nice, included a large balcony (too hot to enjoy it, unfortunately), and did, in fact, adjoin a conference room.

3. unfortunately there is LOTS of construction around many of the highways in San Antonio, which made it slow to get around sometimes.

5. We requested a NON SMOKING floor and room and yet there were inconsiderate smokers in a room next door to us breaking the no smoking room policy which put a damper for a couple nights as unfortunately we could smell the ciggerette smoke.
