1. ??? Now things I would work to improve: wireless internet was a bit slow to non-responsive on many occassions, and prompted us to call to ask for router to be re-set on two occassions.

2. There are 2 waffle makers available (making waffles looking like the state of Texas), but these were constantly in use by people making half a dozen waffles to take up to their rooms, which made breakfast slow.
