2. This hotel is a nice hotel, but the room service was poor, the noise after midnight was unreasonable, the smell in the room was horrid and the tub water ran all the time.

4. Clean, comfortable but with all those little peeves: poor lighting in the bathroom, a shower with only temperature control (not pressure), a hum/buzz in the TV, a manager-type who was away too friendly and inquisitive, heat and A/C are seasonal (so I could not get more heat even though it was close to freezing overnight outside) - and no free in-room internet.
