2. They helped us get a room with a balcony (for the kids), and when we complained about the lack of a refrigerator in the room (when the website noted that rooms had them) they brought one up free of charge.

5. Then they wouldn't even compensate our parking lot to compensate for the lack of a pool that the kids were looking forward to.

6. Only issues were lack of towels, no luggage rack in room (this was resolved within an hour of our arrival, but the rack they got for us was damaged), very noisy group of teenagers in the pool until very late 2 of the nights we were there.

10. I complained twice about the lack of cleanliness so the manger camped our room service but would not put us in the newer portion of the hotel which I assumed was cleaner? It wasn't just the lack of cleaning, the sheets actually had holes in them and the carpet and ceiling were stained.
