1. unfortunately, on Friday and Saturday nights we were kept up from about 11:00 until who knows when by the sound of thudding bass coming out of a neighboring night club (I guess they took Sunday off).

3. unfortunately, she gave us a street facing room and the windows aren't soundproof, which we didn't discover until the dance club across the street came alive and subsequently died around 2am.
