3. Did I say peeeeeeeeeeling? I'm serious: it's not just peeling or flaking: the problem is so severe it looks as if someone dumped a vat of rose petals into glue, turned it upside down and stuck it to the ceiling.

4. I would say if you have a budget for an event this place is VERY reasonable and very nice- I highly recommend it for wedding receptions- the rooms are just okay but definitely not the dump that some people may perceive it to be.
