1. Also when I went to complain about not being satisfied about no room cleaning, UN-authorized transaction on our account and lack of linens/towels in a hotel with 19 floors they couldn't care less.

' She ignored us for a few more minutes, then retrieved a handful of complementary toiletries from a storage closet and handed them over to Maria ( I presume), while complaining, 'WHY can`t people just remember to pack their [--]?' 4. At check out the front desk staff was rude and dismissive of our comments and was complaining to another staff about having no one to clean rooms that day.

5. She gave us a lecture for seating ourselves when we told her we waited quite a while at the stand she then complained that that was not her fault, there was no way she could take care of everything at one time.
