1. Negatives - scratchy sheeets, it's a bit outdated, and the bathroom was so tiny the door would barely close without hitting the toilet seat; signs of normal wear and tear are everywhere.

2. Cable was not coming on and after checking the back of the tv, I noticed that they did not have the proper type of cable connected and that the connection was barely in.

3. The carpets were all frayed and VERY worn-VERY stained-just so gross to even think about walking on with your bare feet.
