1. Probably the biggest drawback would be the Elevators, given the number of floors/guests can be slow at the busier times of day and will involve a bit of waiting for those whom are unwilling/unable to use the stairs to some extent.

2. Internet connectivity was good and hassle free for the most part, a little slow but not annoyingly so and the service didn't require you to enter in your guest code ever 24 hours or so.
