When I complained, they gave me another actual non-smoking room, but the toilet wouldn't stop running, and wouldn't flush, and when I called front desk to complain the night front desk person said there was nothing he could do to fix it that night, they didn't have any other rooms available and they'd just comp me the room.

3. The manager tried to tell us over and over that all of the things he heard us complain about were absolutely unheard of to them - they had never experienced any of these complaints and we had just been really unlucky.

4. Only minor complaints would be the housekeeping staff could be a bit more thorough (fold up the sleepersofa and put away the ironing board) and the outdoor pool was in need of a good cleaning (but heck, it was mid-September so I shouldn`t complain).
